Quality

At Helical, we strive for quality in everything that we do, especially in our production process. We begin by using the highest quality carbide available. Our tools are then CNC ground using the latest equipment available and go through a rigorous inspection process before they leave our manufacturing facility in Gorham, Maine. To ensure that they meet our stringent quality standards, all tools are inspected using the latest in optical and laser touch-free inspection equipment. Our tools are then laser etched (part numbers and lot numbers) for traceability purposes. |
